Tria Blue Light Acne Treatment

When I was in school, I was very thankful to have clear skin. I would get the occasional pimple, but unlike many of my friends, I was plagued by acne the way they were.

Then I had kids and everything changed.

Since having my daughter almost 6 years ago now, my skin has gone from needing minimal care to being a pain-in-the-butt! I get frequent breakouts, dry patches and oily spots. My skin seems to be always changing, and went even crazier after having my son.

I can pretty easily combat the dry and oily patches, and I feel like I have them pretty much under control. The breakouts on the other hand… I am at a total loss for how to get rid of them!

When the change arose to try the Tria Blue Light, I jumped at the opportunity! While I had never heard of blue light acne treatment, I was immediately intrigued. I searched online for information about blue light therapy, and what I found was very encouraging. While this type of acne treatment is not for all acne problems, it sounds like it will be perfect for combating my breakouts.

This could not have arrived at a better time. As any bride to be, I am very anxious to look my best on my wedding day — and this includes having a clear complexion!

I am giving the Tria Blue Light Acne Treatment a try for 4 weeks, and if it works as well as I am hoping I will be continuing to use it in preparation for my big day.

About Tria Skin Perfecting Blue Light Acne Treatment

The TRIA Blue Light delivers the same high-energy blue light as devices used by dermatologists in-office. It eliminates bacteria deep in your skin to clear breakouts and blemishes, and improve skin tone and texture. With daily use, you can break the cycle of breakouts and maintain a clear, radiant complexion.

Unlike prescription medications or products made with bleaching agents like benzoyl peroxide, Tria Blue Light is gentle enough for daily use without long-term side effects or skin irritation.

How it works:

Rather than sitting on top of the skin, blue light gently penetrates the skin to eliminate bacteria that cause breakouts and dulls complexion. When you eliminate bacteria, you eliminate breakouts and improve the skin’s tone and texture, leading to a superior overall complexion. The TRIA Blue Light is as effective as professional and prescription treatments yet gentle enough to use daily without irritation, dryness or redness often caused by other acne treatments.

Jessie, I have been advising for a long time against using creams and lotions because they simply are not the most efficient way to fight acne. They are usually expensive and, most importantly, they only treat the surface symptoms. I am a big fan of laser and light treatment. The Tria Blue Light system seems like the perfect way to get quality light treatment without having to shell out a lot of money for doctor visits.
