It’s no secret that I am an animal lover. I mean, my house is full of my furry babies, but I have also had a large fish tank for over 20 years. I had one fish from a local fair that lived to be 13 years old!! Yea, maybe that is why Jay calls me the pet whisperer.
Anyways…!!
V is always asking me for her own fish tank, in her room. She want a buddy to keep her company, and she loves the fact that there is a light on the tank {she is still a bit afraid of the dark}. Combine her desire to have her own bedroom pet with her obsessive love of stuffed animals – she sleeps with at least 15 every night – and the Teddy Tank could’ve been made just for her!
What is a Teddy Tank?
Teddy Tank is a fish tank and a stuffed animal in one. But it is really so much for then that. It can be a fish tank, or a really cool terrarium, or a marble collection bowl, or a really neat piggy bank … it can be anything that you child can think to put in it. Plus, there is a built in night light, and the the adorable “stuffed animal” will be adored by your little one.
Each Teddy can be dressed up with bows, has a recorder so your child can “talk” to their Teddy Tank, and one of my favorite features – the mouth opens to make feeding your fish super easy!
E fell in love with the Dog tank as soon as he saw it. I cannot say that I am surprised, he is a dog fanatic!! And together we picked out one for V — the Penguin.
In addition to picking out the type of stuffed animal for the tank, we also got to pick the color rocks and the color bows for each tank. It was a lot of fun looking through all the different options and picking out our favorites. There was a large selection of each so E really took his time picking them out — they had to be perfect after all 
We also got a decorative plant with each tank, which was a nice bonus!
These tanks are really awesome, and the perfect way to give your child their first pet. These tanks are perfect for Betta fish, and Betta’s are very low maintenance which make them the ideal fish for kids, or for anyone really that doesn’t have a lot of time to dedicate to a pet.
