Rich Chocolate Brownies {Recipe}

I will admit it — I don’t really like brownies. I love chocolate, but I have never been crazy about brownies. Yet, I have had a real craving for them lately … and I have been making them pretty regularly {much to Jay’s delight!}.

My biggest “complaint” with making traditional brownies is that they don’t have the rich, chocolate flavor that I really want in a dessert.

So, I did a bit of fiddling with my preparation, and came up with a delicious recipe!!

This brownie recipe is super easy, quick, and the results are fabulous!

If you are a chocolate lover, you must give these a try!

Rich Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease only the bottom of a square deep dish baking pan (I used my favorite one from Peacock Pottery!).
  2. Mix together all ingredients (measure according to brownie package directions).
  3. Add to pan and bake for 25-28 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out almost clean.
  4. Allow to cool before slicing, and enjoy!!

I really like to eat mine while it is still warm, and Jay loves his with ice cream! These brownies are just so easy and so, so good!!
