I wanted to give V vitamins to “fill in the blanks” in her diet. I knew that she was a pretty good eater, but I also knew that there were key vitamins that she was missing each day and I wanted to make sure that she got her fill. There are so many different vitamin brands available for kids, that I honestly felt overwhelmed choosing which ones would be right for her. I found myself standing in the vitamin aisle, reading and comparing all the labels, while my kids got antsier and antsier, not wanting to be stationary anymore. I couldn’t help myself and I had to try them when they first arrived – they looked very yummy and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they tastes even better then they looked!
