Not that long ago, I told you about a fabulous cookbook that has been helping shape our meatless meals — Everyday Happy Herbivore

The more meals that I make from this cookbook (and from the Happy Herbivore website) the more I am liking not eating meat – A statement I never thought I would make!

    Not meatless here, but interested in giving it a real try. I’m sure if I can come up with tasty dishes, my family would not know they were missing meat.

    I have been eating meatless for over 20 years but made a decision with my family to go completely Plant Strong about 3 months ago and we’ve never looked back! We’ve never felt better :) I love the HH recipes I’ve tried but I would be SO excited to have her whole book!!!

    No not totally meatless, but eat less than I used too – especially in the summer when there are so many local fruits & veggies available.

    I never eat “a lot” of meat. I do like finding recipes where a meat isn’t the main ingredient.
