When I was 18 years old, I used mineral makeup for the first time and I have never looked back. I have tried many different brands and both loose and pressed formulas, and I found some really great products and some not so great products. I was very impressed with how smoothly the makeup went on and the even coverage it provided. I tend to have a very difficult time finding a foundation that will cover properly because of my freckles. It is usually either too dark, or too light. This provided just enough coverage that it evened out my skin tone, while still allowing some of my freckles to poke through.
The bronzer was unlike most I have used. There was no shimmer, which I was surprised that I really liked. I am usually all about the shimmer, but I enjoyed the more naturally sun-kissed look that this bronzer provided. This is a product that will last you for quite awhile because just a little bit goes a long way to giving you that beautifully bronzed look.
The eyeshadow went on very smoothly, and the color lasted all day (even when I forgot I was wearing eye makeup and rubbed my eyes!). The colors are very vibrant and like the bronzer, a little goes a long way. I also was surprised to find that I like the blush. I am not much of a blush wearer, but the pretty and sparkly pink took me in. I have worn this both on my cheeks and as an eyeshadow – pink is my favorite color after all!
